Return and Exchange Policy

  1. Return Eligibility
  • Returns and replacements are only eligible in cases of damage or receiving a different piece, where a complete and visible unboxing video is required.
  • The unboxing video must be 3600 view continuous, without any pauses, and clearly show the entire unboxing process.
  • Any damage or issues with the item must be mentioned in the unboxing video.
  • Complaint should be raised within 24 hrs after receiving the parcel.
  • If the parcel is damaged or appears to have been unboxed prior to delivery, do not accept the parcel and raise an issue at janaksh111@gmail.com with your order ID.
  • Items must be dispatched for return within 3 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received, with all original packaging and tags attached.
  1. Return Process
  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at janaksh111@gmail.com with your order number, reason for the return, and a link to your unboxing video.
  • Once your return is approved, you will receive a return authorization number and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
  1. Refunds
  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 working days.
  • Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
  1. Exchanges
  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at janaksh111@gmail.com with your order number and details.

  1. Damaged or Defective Items
  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at janaksh111@gmail.com with photos of the damage, your unboxing video, and your order number.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including shipping costs, for damaged or defective items.
